Here is what we offer:

To know when a sale is happening we highly recommend subscribing to our twice monthly newsletter and following us on social media.
print production:
- Loose Fine Art Prints have a four to five business day production time.
- Floating Canvas Prints have a five to ten business day production time.
- In the rare event that a production time should fall outside of these estimates, we will promptly contact you by email.
PLEASE NOTE: shipping time is not included in the above production time estimates. Shipping time is seperate and varies depending on the delivery carrier.
shipment & delivery:
- Print sizes 5x7, 8x10 and 11x14 ship in a rigid mailer envelope.
- Print sizes 16x20, 24x36 and over ship in a rigid tube or triangle mailer.
We take the time to ensure that your art is securely packed and properly shipped.
All domestic orders are shipped using USPS, Fedex or UPS services. We provide you with tracking details once the package leaves our hands. Current delivery times range from three to seven business days.
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that this occurs, we ask that you reach out to us immediately to discuss the issue.

This decision was made after much research and deliberation. We are a very small family owned company. We print and control every order that leaves our hands. In light of this, shipping internationally was just not an option for us.
If this ever changes we will be sure to update you right away.
returns & exchanges:
- The simple and straightforward answer is, unfortunately no.
But there is a solid reason. We are a small, family owned business. When you order from us we print, quality check , securely pack and mail your art... just for you.
That means, our art prints are made to order and because of this we cannot offer cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
We ask that you PLEASE pick your artwork carefully.
PLEASE NOTE: Are you unsure if an art print will match the color and style of your space? Then, we highly recommend purchasing a smaller print (5 x 7) to test against your decor needs.
In the rare event of damage during shipment, we ask that you reach out to us immediately to discuss the concern.
- You will need to provide us with several images including: the shipping label, the damaged shipping material and the damaged artwork.
- We will review the requested documentation and decide if either a refund or replacement is in order.
Please use the contact form below to initiate the "damaged during shipment" process. We will then respond with a request for the needed images.

Image quality is the heart of Decor Eighteen Hundred. So needless to say we take it very seriously. Please check out the story behind our prints by clicking here.
- Here is why this can happen:
The most straightforward reason is that the screen you are viewing the image on is backlit (light coming from behind). This means it gives the image a glow... so colors can appear brighter and sometimes even richer on our web pages.
An example of understanding backlight would be to hold the artwork up to a sunny window. Instantly it will brighten since the light is coming from- behind.
We work hard to represent the art exactly as you will receive it but we simply cannot control the light on your device or computer.
We ask for your kind understanding with these slight variances.
